Our client is seeking a Director responsible for managing a large portfolio of implementation projects, stemming from billing optimization, regulatory programs, or compliance risks. This includes, but is not limited to, billing file/interface issues, compliance issues, and enterprise-wide implementations. The Director will oversee multiple teammates who work with various internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute on business objectives. As a key member of the revenue cycle team, this Director will actively communicate to and work with leadership to remove roadblocks and create mitigation plans, while ensuring risk to revenue is limited.

Director of Revenue Cycle Integrations (Healthcare focused)
Position Duties And Responsibilities
- Independently manage a portfolio or with a variety of IT interface, regulatory, and compliance projects for the Revenue Cycle team, including billing post-production issues and changes initiated by clients
- Ability to manage multiple teammates handling various projects and define and track performance metrics across the function
- Creates a function that effectively anticipates, identifies, and resolve roadblocks
- Serves as the single point of contact for large-scale initiatives to drive automation, efficiency, and performance
Communicates regularly with client, corporate, and practice leadership (VP and above), including any potential impacts on revenue - Identify process improvement opportunities and prioritize projects as needed
- Develop, mentor, and train teammates by investing in professional development activities, IT implementation, and revenue cycle knowledge
Desired Technical And Professional Skills And Experience
- Masters Degree in Health Administration or Business Administration with 5 years of related experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of management-level experience in healthcare revenue cycle experience required, with experience in professional billing strongly preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience required
- Ability to manage multiple teams and levels, with independent decision-making capabilities
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and very adaptable to change
- Demonstrates ability to successfully lead teams and promote continuous growth
- Strong problem-solving and strategic alignment skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
